All items are described as accurately as possible including an image and measurements. Please note that due to the small detailing and craftsmanship of each item images are not to scale. If you would like further information about an item(s) please email us at studio@biancajones.co.uk.

Price

All items on the website are priced in British Pounds. For orders of over 10 items please email us at studio@biancajones.co.uk, for a discount.

Bianca Jones is fully integrated to accept payments by Pay Pal Direct. Alternatively, Bianca Jones accepts cheques – please contact studio@biancajones.co.uk.

A confirmation email from Bianca Jones will be sent to you when payment is deemed complete and all item(s) remain the property of Bianca Jones until full payment is received.

Delivery

Domestic
All orders over £50 are will be shipped free of charge within the United Kingdom and Europe.  Any orders under £50, will be charged £5.50.  We use a registered mail service which requires a signature on delivery.  Registered mail is a five to seven working day service upon receipt of full payment.  However any returned jewellery will incur a two pound handling charge to cover the shipping and handling costs. 

Overseas
Overseas shipping by airmail – a seven to ten working day service upon receipt of full payment.
This service is trackable, insured and requires a signature upon delivery.  And is normally priced around £8.

Bianca Jones reserve the right to increase or decrease the postal and handling charge as necessary.

We will only ship to the cardholders address and will not deliver to any P.O boxes.

Please note that until you have paid for the item(s) items may still be sold. If we are out of stock on any item, you will be notified within 48 hours by email.

In the event of a postal strike Bianca Jones will do their very best to get your parcel delivered at the earliest possible opportunity. Although, delays should be expected on postal strikes, and Bianca Jones are not accountable for this.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with any item(s) we do offer a 14 day guarantee. We will refund you on the original price of the item(s) but not the shipping and handling costs.  There will be a two pound charge to cover these costs.  The item(s) needs to be returned in perfect condition and with the Bianca Jones packaging and tags to be eligible for the refund. Please ensure that the item(s) is correctly packed for transportation and sent by trackable postage, you are required to keep proof of postage WHICH MAY BE REQUESTED. Bianca Jones reserve the right to refuse any refund and will not accept responsibility for the non arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated.

If the item(s) are damaged or faulty a full refund including shipping and handling will be given. Please email Bianca Jones within 3 working days to studio@biancajones.co.uk. If you do not then we are not able to offer the said refund. Please ensure that the item(s) is correctly packed for transportation and that you keep proof of postage WHICH MAY BE REQUESTED. Bianca Jones reserve the right to refuse any refund.

We only refund item(s) that are returned in the condition sent, not lost or stolen item(s). We will not accept item(s) that have been worn or had their tags removed. For this reason, we advise customers to inspect their purchase before removing tags or disposing of original packaging.

Exchanges

If you have received a gift from Bianca Jones, you can return the gift in exchange for store credit. To do this an account will be created. Please note you will be required to pay any additional cost and shipping. Unused credit may remain on your account until your next purchase.

Prices and Availability

Prices and availability of item(s) are subject to change without prior notice.

Contract Formation

No contract will formed between you and Bianca Jones for the sale of any item(s) until payment in full and a confirmation email from customer service is received.

Any contract can be cancelled by Bianca Jones at any time at its sole discretion and all monies paid in respect of thereof will be refunded.

Liability

The use of this website is at your own risk. Bianca Jones is not liable for any damage or loss whatsoever caused by the Internet or this website or any related information technology. Bianca Jones does not warrant that this website will be free from computer viruses or other malicious programs etc which may cause direct indirect consequential incidental or any other damages to you or any other party. Bianca Jones shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused due to any use of this website or reliance on it or its contents.

No liability whatsoever will be incurred by Bianca Jones in respect of any links to contained in this website.

Variation

These Terms and Conditions may be changed by Bianca Jones at any time at its sole discretion. Such changes will be posted on this website and as such you will be notified. Revised Terms and Conditions will take effect 7 days after posting.

Bianca Jones owns all copyright and related intellectual property rights in and relating to this website unless expressed otherwise.

In the use of this website, an individual page may be downloaded for the purpose of placing an order with Bianca Jones.

With the said exception, no contents of this website (including but not limited to text, images, audio, graphics, photographs, underlying source code and software) can be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without its prior written consent.
